Nick Williams is an experienced educational leader who holds active Professional Principal and Career and Technical Education (CTE) Director licenses. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a master’s degree in Education, and a second master’s degree in Educational Leadership. He has worked in various industries and is impassioned for public education with a focus on CTE. His educational career began as a Business Marketing and Technology instructor, and his expertise has influenced beyond the classroom, having served in various roles, including Link Crew Sponsor, Work-based Learning Coordinator, Mentorship Coordinator, Media Center Coordinator, Digital Learning Coach, Cyber Security Coach, DECA/FBLA Coach, Girls and Boys Basketball Coach, School Assessment Coordinator, and School Web Master.

In his current role, Nick leads initiatives that strengthen CTE course pathways based on student interests and industry demands. He collaborates with local and regional stakeholders to implement student programming that ensures sustainability and compliance with state and federal requirements, supervises district-level CTE teachers, builds comprehensive course schedules, and monitors daily operations at the Harrison Tech Center.


Nick encourages a welcoming culture within the classroom and community. He has successfully
developed and implemented strategic plans to improve student career readiness, including creating
partnership agreements with local businesses, building an assessment infrastructure for industry
certifications, and promoting public awareness of various CTE opportunities. His work has been
instrumental in aligning CTE curricula with industry standards that ensure students are equipped with
the resources and skills needed for today's workforce. He is a dedicated mentor and leader, fostering
professional learning opportunities among educators and builds strong collaborative professional
learning communities. His commitment to educational excellence has been evident in his ongoing
contributions to multiple governing boards, committees, and professional organizations within the
educational community.


In his spare time, Nick is an ordained minister, who is certified in Trauma, Addiction, and Recovery, and
works with his church to facilitate group sessions for people suffering from life’s challenges. Whenever
possible, he prefers to spend time with his wife of almost 30 years, three children, two sons-in-law, and
several pets. He enjoys nature and communities that help to create a more noetic and unified world.
